2010 Sauvignon Blanc - Red Willow, Spring Creek Vineyard
The 2010 Sauvingnon Blanc was made with fruit from two vineyards—Spring Creek and Red Willow. Fresh and delicate, this wine has hints of grapefruit, pear and green apple on the nose. Lively citrus and starfruit mingle on the palate leading to a clean, refreshing finish. A perfect accompaniment for holiday meals. $19 per bottle. 200 cases produced.

2009 Ribera del Duero-style Tempranillo - Columbia Valley
In the 2009 Tempranillo, Flying Dreams' winemaker, Leroy Radford, has created a wine inspired by the prized wines of the Ribera del Duero in Spain. The wine, with its lyrical notes of rasberry, cocoa and leather, finishes with silky tannins and lingering tobacco and red fruit flavors. An incredible food pairing wine! Decant for 20-30 minutes.

2009 Syrah
With extraordinarily deep color and depth, this Spanish-style blend of Syrah (97%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (3%), is filled with rich, ripe boysenberry, black cherry, licorice and spice aromas and dense, mouth-watering flavor. Beautifully integrated tannins and acid are perfectly balanced and lead to a complex and long finish. This Syrah is a powerfully focused wine that delivers the wow factor!
