Tempranillo and Sauvignon Blanc Release Party!

Please join us at the winery to celebrate the release of two of our newest wines: the eagerly anticipated 2009 Ribera del Duero-style Tempranillo and the lovely 2010 Sauvignon Blanc.

In the 2009 Tempranillo, Flying Dreams' winemaker, Leroy Radford, has created a wine inspired by the prized wines of the Ribera del Duero in Spain. The wine, with its lyrical notes of rasberry, cocoa and leather, finishes with silky tannins and lingering tobacco and red fruit flavors. An incredible food pairing wine! $36 per bottle. 110 cases produced.

The 2010 Sauvingnon Blanc was made with fruit from two vineyards—Spring Creek and Red Willow. Fresh and delicate, this wine has hints of grapefruit, pear and green apple on the nose. Lively citrus and starfruit mingle on the palate leading to a clean, refreshing finish. A perfect accompaniment for holiday meals. $19 per bottle. 200 cases produced.
We'll be pairing the wines with carefully prepared tapas plates—and we just couldn't resist the idea of making our smoked chicken and chorizo paella!

Guests will receive a complementary taste of each of wine. Bottles and $6 glass pours will also be available for purchase.
